Potting soil for orchids
- POTTING: Remove the plant and place shards or expanded clay in the bottom of the pot. Fill the bottom of the pot with Torfy, complete the filling and water thoroughly.
- TRANSPLANT: after digging a large hole, prepare a mixture of Torfy and natural soil, then introduce the plant by covering it with the mixture.
- PLANTING: add Torfy to the surface and incorporate it into the soil underneath with light tilling

Description
Substrate permitted in organic farming ideal for growing the main orchids such as Phalenopsis, Cymbidium, Cattleya, Dendrobium. Based on French pine bark, coconut fibre and blond peat, suitably mixed to provide orchids with a highly effective potting soil, ideal for even the most delicate epiphytic and soil-loving species.
Characterised by a specific pH and a high degree of porosity and drainage, optimal for the cultivation of these plants that require perfect aeration of the roots, essential to avoid harmful water stagnation.
The fertiliser contained ensures nourishment for the first stages of transplanting, supporting rooting.
