“BOSTIK” GLUE TUBE “ASSEMBLY KIT PROF. GR.125

Universal Mounting Kit is a solvent-free, acrylic-based interior mounting adhesive in water dispersion. It offers permanent elasticity guaranteed for 15 years and temperature resistance from -20°C to +80°C.

For fast and solid fixing of materials of all kinds on porous surfaces. Nails and screws become superfluous. Easy to use and fill.

Areas of application:

Ideal for mounting (building) materials of all kinds, such as wood, stone, concrete, metal, numerous plastics, plaster and expanded polystyrene on porous (absorbent) surfaces. Extremely suitable for fastening, among other things, battens, skirting boards, thresholds, window sills, slabs, wooden planks, laths, gutters, house numbers, wall cladding panels, panels, lintels, ceramic tiles, sockets and electrical sockets. Also very suitable for decorative materials, e.g. plaster/polystyrene/polyurethane ornaments and edgings, nameplates, suspension hooks. Also extremely suitable for surface bonding.

Conditions of use:
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.

Surface requirements:
The materials to be bonded must be clean, dry, degreased and free of dust. One of the two surfaces must be porous. It is recommended to have a solid bonding surface to ensure the bonding strength.

Tools:
Use a rubber mallet for fixing if necessary.

Method of use:
Apply the glue evenly, depending on the weight of the material, in a spot pattern or in vertical lines over a length of 20-30 cm. Always apply glue at corners and along edges. Mount the materials directly with a sliding movement and press firmly. Corrections can be made at this stage. In the case of heavy materials, fix or support if necessary.

Stains/Residues:
Remove wet glue residues immediately with water. Dry glue residues can only be removed mechanically.

Recommendation:
We recommend the use of Bostik Poly Max for fixing natural stone, as well as for fixing a non-porous material on a non-porous surface and for fixing materials in environments with a constantly high degree of humidity and/or considerable contact with water.

Storage conditions:
Store in a dry, cool and frost-free environment.
