“BOSSONG” CHEMICAL ANCHOR BCR POLY SF CE-ETA

POLY SF is Bossong’s styrene-free, two-component, medium-heavy-duty polyester resin for anchoring in concrete, solid masonry and hollow bricks.
Based on the data and characteristics in the European Technical Approval (ETA) you have one of the best chemical anchors on the European market with masonry certification according to ETAG 029 for anchoring in solid, semi-solid and perforated masonry.
You can install the product in temporarily damp conditions; for applications in the presence of water or where high load values are required, we recommend the use of our vinylester resins (BCR-VINIL and BCR V-PLUS) or epoxy resins (BCR-EPOX and BCR-EPOXY21).
The approval is valid for a wide range of threaded rods (M8 to M12) and cages (GC 12×80 – GC 15×85 – GC 20×85).
Certified operating temperatures are in the ranges -40°C/+40°C (T° max long term = 24°C) and -40°C/+50°C (T° max long term = 40°C).
ETA-15/0560 Option 7 M8 to M16 for non-cracked concrete. The product is approved for fixings with variable anchorage depth to give designers and users a high degree of flexibility. Maximum anchorage depth up to twenty times the nominal diameter of the threaded rod. Loads for installation in dry and damp concrete. Certified operating temperatures are in the range: -40°C/+50°C (T° max long term = 40°C).

VOC qualification according to French Decree No. 2011-321 and in accordance with ISO 16000.

Thanks to the absence of styrene (no pungent odour), use is also possible indoors.

Thixotropic consistency.

Due to its high adhesion value and ease of penetration into porosity and hollow areas, the resin enables secure fixing without expansion and thus without tension in the base material.

The resin and hardener are only mixed during extrusion by passing the product through the mixer. It does not require pre-mixing.

It can also be used as a repair and filling compound.
