FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Payment for the purchased products and related shipping costs must be made by the customer in the following ways: CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER or CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)(ONLY WHEN APPROVED).
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, are calculated according to the weight of the purchased goods and will be displayed at the time of purchase.
The purchased products will be shipped by Express Courier to the address indicated by the Customer, with the following schedule:
Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer
The shipment will be entrusted to the courier within 24/48 hours after receipt of the credit;
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If all mandatory conditions are met, delivery will be made within 24/48 hours from the execution of the order. Exception will be made for islands, for which 72 hours are expected.
Delivery times are approximate and are to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses or force majeure events).
The customer may exercise the return right within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, by returning the purchased material, IN INTEGRATED WRAPPING and complete with the original documentation of the good and the tax documentation received with the good itself, AT OWN EXPENSE. Shipping costs ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
In order to exercise the return right, the customer shall contact Ferramenta Russo by telephone or via the online form indicating that he wishes to exercise the right to return the goods, communicating the number of the document received with the goods or the order number.
Upon receipt of the notification, we will proceed to enable the collection by indicating to the customer the address to which the product should be returned.
Upon receipt of the product, having verified the state of the same, we shall proceed to refund the amount by Bank Transfer to the C.C. indicated by the customer.
